Jorge's 1st Day of kindergarten

Jorge is so excited that today is his first day in the big school

If you thought Jorge was excited, take a look at Joe's happy face...

Of course, Mom and Dad couldn't miss the trip from day care to kindergarten and get as many hugs, kisses and pictures in as possible

Our First Trip to Kings Island

Mom took Jorge and Lucy to Kings Island while Dad was at work - yes, we had all the fun! Mom's nieces Corey & Cassie and nephews Nathan & John joined us.

Jorge and Lucy were so thrilled to get their picture taken with Sponge Bob! They weren't to thrilled about the Wild Thornberry log flume ride that we went on right before this picture. Mom told them they weren't going to get wet, and we got SOAKED!
Here's Jorge and John on Plankton's Plunge. Jorge loved this and the Fairly Odd coaster (aka The Beastie). I think he road the coaster 7 times. He only wanted to ride things with John or Nathan!
Lucy enjoyed the milder rides like this one. She road Plankton's plunge but did NOT find it fun AT ALL!

Off to the Cincy Zoo

While Dad was at a class for work, Mom took the kids to the Cincy zoo. We met Uncle Joe, Aunt Jamie, Lakayla, Jamie's sister and son, Tanner. Tanner and Lucy will be walking down the aisle together at the wedding this fall! Tanner and Jorge hit it off! They had lots of fun playing and looking at the animals. Jorge and Lucy's favorite were the gorillas.

Happy 4th of July!

We went up to the lake the Saturday following the 4th. Here is Jorge going on his first tube ride. He loved it. Yes, Dad took it easy on us.

Here we are waiting for the fireworks to start. They had a wonderful fireworks show that Jorge and Lucy absolutley loved (Mom, Dad and Grandma enjoyed them as well!). Joe was a trooper and lasted until 5 minutes before the show.

Fun at the lake!

Ok, we are a little out of order chronologically, but I couldn't miss posting some of these great pictures. We had some fun on the lake with Rob's Mom, sister and nieces. Jorge and Leila had a blast swimming although the water was a little chilly!
